Other Notable Draft Selections:

 Fort Wayne Mad Ants (2nd round, 3rd overall): Rob Gray, Guard, Houston

  • Gray, 24, a former product of the University of Houston, went undrafted in the 2018 NBA Draft. Gray would later sign with the Houston Rockets to take part in the Summer League. Unfortunately, injuries derailed his summer and he did not showcase his full talents which lead to him being waived.

 Northern Arizona Suns (2nd round, 23rd overall): LaQuinton Ross, Forward/Center, Ohio State

  • Ross, 26, went undrafted in the 2014 NBA Draft after playing at Ohio State. From 2014 to 2017, Ross played overseas before landing in the then-named D-League when he joined the Texas Legends for two games before heading back overseas.

 Austin Spurs (4th round, 107th overall): DeJuan Blair, Forward, Pittsburgh

  • Balir, 29, was once a big named draft prospect back in 2009 but was up and down in the four years spent in San Antonio Spurs. Blair would later go onto play for the Dallas Mavericks and Washington Wizards before having a stint with the Texas Legends and Los Angeles D-Fenders in 2017.
