Washington Redskins Lose 3-Key Players For Season vs. Atlanta

Just the news that the Redskins and their fans did not want to hear. Paul Richardson (shoulder), Shawn Lauvao (torn ACL) and Brandon Scherff (torn pectoral) are all lost for the season due to their injuries sustained on Sunday vs. Atlanta.

Paul Richardson’s injury is most notable as he has been dealing with a shoulder injury all season long and Sunday his shoulder finally gave out on him. The loss of Richardson will hurt the depth of the Redskins as they are still dealing with the ankle injury of Jamison Crowder.

Going forward the Redskins will work with Crowder, Michael Floyd, Maurice Harris at receiver and joining the offensive line is Austin Howard formerly of the Colts, Jonathan Cooper formerly of the 49ers and Luke Bowanko formerly of the Jaguars.
