Commanders Sign Former Texas A&M QB Trevor Knight

Today, the San Antonio Commanders announced the signing of former Texas A&M Aggies and Arizona Cardinals quarterback Trevor Knight.

Trevor Knight spent three college season’s at Oklahoma before joining Texas A&M in 2016 after graduating from Oklahoma in 2015. In his lone season at Texas A&M, Knight passed for 2,432 yards, 19 touchdowns and 7 interceptions while rushing for 614 yards and 10 touchdowns.

After a season TAMU, Knight went undrafted 2017 but quickly found a home with the Arizona Cardinals but was released during final cuts.

Knight is heavily favored to start for the Commanders over Dustin Vaughn and Austin Appleby.
