The continuous friendship between the Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns continue as the Bills acquired Corey Coleman from the Browns in exchange for undisclosed 2019 draft pick.
The Cleveland Browns were rumored to listening to offers on Corey Coleman earlier in the offseason but the Bills were able to meet the Browns asking price. The addition of Coleman to Buffalo does shake up the receiving core as second-year receiver Zay Jones will be demoted to the team’s #3 receiver as Kelvin Benjamin will be #1 followed by Coleman.
Headed to Cleveland in return is an undisclosed draft pick but the big concern at this point is the depth issue at receiver. Josh Gordon has not reported to camp which leaves only Jarvis Landry, Antonio Callaway, and Rashard Higgins as the main three receivers at camp. And don’t forget the possible interest of Dez Bryant possibly landing in Cleveland as interest still remains.
