Buccaneers Waive 2016 Second Round Selection Roberto Aguayo

After a struggling 2016 campaign and a struggling start to the preseason, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced that they have waived 2016 second-round selection, Roberto Aguayo. This is a decision that was a long time coming. In his rookie campaign, Roberto Aguayo completed 22 of 31 field goal attempts last year and the other against Cincinnati, Aguayo missed a huge 47-yard field goal, sealing his fate with the Buccaneers.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will have Nick Folk going forward as the team starter. As for Aguayo, it could be a little while until his name resurfaces again.
