The quarterback position continues to weaken for the Oregon Ducks as Travis Jonsen is the latest player to depart from the team. Travis Jonsen joins Terry Wilson as the other quarterback to have left the program in hopes of starting someplace else.
Travis Jonsen will be eligible to play immediately in 2017 as he transferred to a community college and will be eligible to transfer to an FBS program during the 2018 season. The departure of Jonsen leaves Oregon with Justin Herbert (all likely starter), Taylor Alie (Senior) and freshman Braxton Burmeister on the roster. Quarterback is running extremely thin for the Ducks entering this season.
