Shaq Wiggins is now heading to his third college football team since breaking onto the college football scene in 2013.

Shaq Wiggins, a former 4-star recruit to Georgia, left Georgia in 2013, joined Louisville, became an All-ACC pick all to land with Tennessee. Shaq Wiggins is joining the Vols defensive backs core that has been depleted during the offseason due to the injury of Emmanuel Moseley this spring. Shaq Wiggins could very well open the 2017 season as starting cornerback for the Volunteers.
